Cultivating a Home Practice is a 90-minute (RYT CEU eligible) workshop that empowers you to create a sacred, sustainable, and deeply nourishing practice— one that meets you where you are, supports your regulation and healing, and helps you fulfill your deepest desires for your Self and your life.

We see you; your struggle, your longing, your desire for something more. Rayneen's been there, too: in need of tending, feeling like something was missing, unsure where to begin— or how to break through— and afraid of what might happen if she actually did. This offering is born from that place, as well as the transformation that followed.
