Rayneen Thebeau
Founder of Shadow•n•Soul & Host of the Story Time Podcast
Medicine Woman • Somatic Facilitator • Yoga Instructor (E-RYT500, YACEP) • Health Coach • Personal Trainer
Rayneen's deepest longing is to LIVE her most fulfilling life •and• help others do the same. She is called to do this by sharing the teachings, practices, and forms of medicine that have found their way to & through her over the past 13+ years of navigating her own self-healing & spiritual journey, as well as teaching and supporting fellow devotees and facilitators through theirs.
Her journey began in 2012 when she found herself in the depths of her darkest days. It was a culmination of severe depression, sexual trauma, a deployed husband, unhealthy lifestyle & weight, lack of community, disconnection from self & purpose, and self-harm. She genuinely feared that she would never again be happy or the girl she once knew. As it turns out, she was somewhat right.
This is because Rayneen now finds herself more than just happy; she finds herself THRIVING in the co-creation of her ever-evolving and most radiant Self & life. And it's exactly this that she wishes to empower you in, too.
Rayneen believes that somatically alchemizing our shadows and living in alignment with our Soul's greatest expression is the most important work we can engage in because when we heal and BEcome our most vibrant and authentic Self, we are automatically and inevitably co-creating the greatest possible ripple effect on the world around & beyond us.
And it’s this very prayer & intention that has gifted her the honor of being Divinely entrusted with Shadow•n•Soul and sharing time & space with YOU.
