Full Moon Ecstatic Dance

In this practice allow the energy of the full moon to help illuminate the ways in which we hold ourselves back from expressing & showing up fully. This class was recorded live on June 21st, 2024.

Ecstatic Dance (90 min) is a powerful practice of self awareness that is specifically designed to allow participants the opportunity to step, dance, flow, breathe and BE in alignment with the uninhibited Self; as well as feel, express, and integrate all that is currently being experienced and navigated in life. You can expect discussion, movement set to intentionally selected music, and self reflection/journaling. No experience required, open to all levels.
