This practice has been intentionally crafted to elicit an intimate conversation between you, your Soul, & your Source with the intention of helping you move past the fear & pain that holds you back from your highest unfolding & greatest ripple effect.

Ecstatic Dance (90 min) is a powerful practice of self awareness that is specifically designed to allow participants the opportunity to step, dance, flow, breathe and BE in alignment with the uninhibited Self; as well as feel, express, and integrate all that is currently being experienced and navigated in life. You can expect discussion, movement set to intentionally selected music, and self reflection/journaling. No experience required, open to all levels.
