In this practice we slowly and luxuriously prepare the body for deeper openings before working our way up to some standing balancing postures and then back down for rest and integration. This class was recorded live on May 11th, 2024.
Our Yoga offerings (90 min) are rooted in the belief that our practice has the power to be "the means by which we create the change we desire in our lives." In other words, regardless of the type of Yoga we are enjoying together, our core intention is to tend to all of the different layers of Self while reverently using the physical practice of asana as a mirror to look more closely at our relationship with our inner & outer worlds. Vinyasa, specifically, is an opportunity to strengthen & lengthen the body while prioritizing conscious breath, proper alignment, and your individual needs. You can expect to be loosely guided through a slow moving flow with plenty of options & modifications to choose from.
