Thinning Veils: An Embodiment Workshop

In this practice we discuss the veils of our internal & external world and how to consciously, intentionally, & sustainably work with them in a somatic & embodied way. We then venture into a journey with our collective & individual unseen supports (ancestors, guides, spirits, etc.) This workshop was recorded live on November 1st, 2024.
