H.I.T.T. (High Intensity Temple Tending)

High Intensity Temple Tending is not your average workout-- at it's core, this offering is about lovingly, intentionally, and intuitively tending to the body as the temple of our mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual well-being. These balanced, full-body training sessions consist of both strength & cardio conditioning as well as mindfulness & intention. This modality mostly lives in our Members' Library of past live-stream recordings, although it occasionally makes an appearance in in Alchemical, our signature monthly masterclass.
