Yoga

The Yoga we offer is rooted in the belief that our practice has the power to be "the means by which we create the change we desire in our lives." In other words, regardless of the type of Yoga we are enjoying together, our core intention is to tend to all of the different layers of Self while reverently using the physical practice of asana as a mirror to look more closely at our relationship with our inner & outer worlds.

  • Vinyasa is an opportunity to strengthen & lengthen the body while prioritizing conscious breath, proper alignment, and your individual needs. In these practices, you can expect to be loosely guided through a slow moving flow with plenty of options & modifications to choose from.
  • Yin is an opportunity to tend to the connective tissue, joints, and energetic body while cultivating presence, acceptance, and resilience within the body & mind. In these practices, you can expect to be invited to soften into and stay with the edges of discomfort found in passively "held" postures.
  • Restorative is an opportunity to nourish your entire being by allowing yourself to be held in supportive postures over longer periods of time. In these practices, you can expect a mix of gentle movement & nourishing stillness that invites your body's innate healing capacities to work their magick via nervous system regulation.
