Working Out & In: A Somatic Health Coaching Series

Working Out & In is a deeply healing & transformative series that helps you tend to your temple & somatically release that which is holding you back from living your most vibrant & fulfilling life.

We all know what it's like to want more/different, set the goals, do the things •and yet• not be able to make, integrate, & maintain the change. Why is that? Simply put, it's because some part of your body isn't on board. This is where Somatics comes in-- a potent modality for communicating with the unconscious parts of self that are holding onto a way of being that no longer serves.

Join us in working OUT & IN to skillfully release your blocks while simultaneously cultivating the full-spectrumed stamina required to THRIVE. This offering was recorded live throughout January of 2025.

Each 3 hour session in this 4 part series consists of...

High Intensity Temple Tending
Mindful, playful, & full-body training sessions that consists of both strength & cardio conditioning. No experience required, open to all levels.
• Equipment used= a set of light weights (3-5 lbs) & a therapy band (optional but so worth it!)

Group Somatic Health Coaching
Deep dives into the fundamentals of holistic health & somatic healing. Each session will consist of discussion, self reflective exercises, & somatic practices you can take with you into your day-to-day
• Week 1- physical health
• Week 2- mental/emotional health
• Week 3- energetic/spiritual health
• Week 4- social health
